McCracken County running back Hunter Bradley outran entire First Region offenses on Friday night.

In Week 6’s record-setting 81-51 win over Apollo – the Mustangs’ highest-scoring game in school history – Bradley ran 19 times for 403 yards and seven touchdowns.

For his efforts, Bradley is this week’s Woodmen Life Player of the Week.

His rushing yards Friday were more than the total yardage of Mayfield (401), Graves County (325), Caldwell County (274), Fulton County (226), Marshall County (176), Ballard Memorial (134) and Calloway County (112).

It’s the second time this season Bradley has been recognized as the week’s top player.

In Week 3, he had 28 carries for 328 yards and five touchdowns in McCracken’s 65-28 win over Graves County.

For the season, Bradley has run for 1,240 yards and 19 touchdowns in five games. He also has 11 catches for 122 yards and a touchdown.

McCracken County (4-2) will look to continue its four-game winning streak this week at home against Daviess County.
