Big Blue Madness

Kentucky men’s basketball coach John Calipari emerges during last year’s Big Blue Madness in Lexington, which was held without fans. The university announced that this year’s event, on Oct. 15, will be open to the public.

LEXINGTON — The dates are set for Big Blue Madness.

The annual event was canceled publicly last year because of the pandemic, but is set for 6 p.m. CT on Oct. 15 at Rupp Arena. The Blue-White game will be a week later at 6 p.m. CT on Oct. 22., also at Rupp Arena.
