Jorge L. Moreno, 41, Paducah

- Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine)

- Possession of drug paraphernalia

- No registration plates

- No registration receipt

- No operator’s license

- Failure of owner to maintain required insurance

Jaron S. Collier, 39, Paducah

- Conspiracy to traffic in a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine)

- Operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license

- Served with two Jefferson County bench warrants

Timothy R. Buckner, 32, Hopkinsville

- Trafficking in marijuana less than 8 ounces (firearm enhanced)

- Possession of drug paraphernalia

- Served with two Christian County bench warrants for failure to pay fines

- Operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license

Cody L. Sinks, 34, Paducah

- Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine)

- Possession of drug paraphernalia

James D. Greer, 59, Paducah

- Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine)

- Possession of drug paraphernalia

- Possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle

- No registration plates

- No registration receipt

- Operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license

- Failure to produce insurance card

- Served with two McCracken County bench warrants

Brucelyn Thomas, 54, Carnak, Ill.

- Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine)

- Possession of drug paraphernalia

Larry L. Hughes, 57, Paducah

- Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (cocaine)

- Possession of drug paraphernalia

- Tampering with physical evidence

- Fleeing or evading police 2nd degree (motor vehicle)

- No operator’s license

- Possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle

Nathan Moyers, 23, Paducah

- Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine)

- Possession of drug paraphernalia

- Served with two McCracken County bench warrants

Christopher Bearden, 34, Paducah

- Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine)

- Possession of drug paraphernalia

- Tampering with physical evidence

Barry C. Morris, 51, Paducah

- Speeding 18 mph over limit

- Reckless driving

- Fleeing or evading police 1st degree (motor vehicle)

- Wanton Endangerment 1st degree – police officer

- No registration plates

- No registration receipt

- Operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense

- Disregarding stop sign

- Possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle

- Operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license

- Failure to notify address change to department of transportation

John D. Totty, 49, Vienna, Ill.

- Failure to wear seat belts

- Possession of marijuana

- Possession of drug paraphernalia

Justin T. Cain, 31, Benton

- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense

- Rear license plate not illuminated

Robert D. Garnett, 18, Paducah

- Possession of marijuana

Throughout the period deputies seized quantities of methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, marijuana oil, one handgun, and $400 cash believed to be the proceeds from drug sales. During the period there were 13 additional speeding citations issued, three additional operating on a suspended operator’s license citations issued, two additional no-seat-belt citations issued, three additional no insurance citations issued, and 14 citations issued for other miscellaneous traffic violations. One Jefferson County criminal summons was also served.
