BENTON -- David Lynn Fulks, 74, of Benton, died on Sunday, January 12, 2020, at Murray-Calloway County Hospital in Murray. He was a retired carpenter and also worked for Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park. He was a member of South Marshall Baptist Church.

Born Thursday, September 20, 1945, in Benton, KY, he was the son of the late Luther "LC" Fulks and the late Pearlene (Henson) Fulks.

Surviving are his wife of 43 years, Davalene (Snow) Fulks of Benton; son, Daniel Lee Fulks of Reidland; daughter, Dana Lester of Benton; sisters, Shirley McLeod of Benton, Martha Fulks of Benton, Betty Sue Allen of Benton, and Joyce Beaudion of Benton; four grandchildren, Alyson Fulks and Liam Fulks of Reidland, William Fay of Benton, and Steven White of Benton; and one great-grandchild.

A Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 15, 2020, at Collier Funeral Chapel with Rev. Johnny Coffenberry officiating.

Interment will follow in Price Cemetery, Benton.

Visitation will be held from 5 - 8 p.m on Tuesday, January 14, 2020, at Collier Funeral Home.
