Betty Lou McKenney Hall, 87, of Paducah passed away on Friday, November 29, 2019, at Superior Care Nursing & Rehabilitation in Paducah.

Mrs. Hall was a born in Beaver Dam. She was a member of Fountain Avenue Methodist Church, and worked for the West Kentucky Easter Seals Center for more than 40 years, starting in 1956. She was a Duchess of Paducah.

She is survived by her granddaughter, Susan Bostrom of Kevil; four great-grandchildren, Gavin Byers, Kinley Dowdy, Falon Dowdy and Ava Bostrom; one stepgreat-granddaughter, Dallas Bostrom; one daughter-in-law, Karen Hall of Panama City, Florida; two nephews; and one niece.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kiah James McKenney and Grace Woodburn McKenney Heltsley; two sons, Rudy Hall and Joe Hall; two sisters, Martha Jo Kennedy and Polly Ann Hultman; and two brothers-in-law, Preston Kennedy and Marlin Hultman.

Graveside services will be at 11 am on Saturday, December 7, 2019, at Mt. Kenton Cemetery with the Rev. Fred French officiating.

The family would like to say a special "Thank You" to Superior Care, and Dr. Danny Butler for excellent care.
