A Paducah man was charged with driving under the influence and two drug charges after McCracken deputies made a traffic stop Saturday night.
According to the arrest report, the traffic stop was made about 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of Irvin Cobb Drive and Brown Street in east Paducah. During a probable cause search, deputies found about 8 grams of suspected methamphetamine as well as several items of paraphernalia that were consistent with drug trafficking.
The driver, Devin Davis, 24, of Paducah, was placed under arrest and charged with having no rearview mirror, DUI (first offense), trafficking in methamphetamine (more than 2 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The deputy was assisted on scene by the Paducah Police Department’s K9 division.
