Two west Kentucky men face drug-related charges following a traffic stop Tuesday night at the intersection of Irvin Cobb Drive and Maggie Street, according to the McCracken County Sheriff''s Department.
According to deputies, Anthony Lynn, 31, Bardwell, the driver of the car stopped, and a passenger, Jeremy Egan, 37, Paducah, were arrested after a vehicle search was conducted at approximately 11:20 p.m.
Sheriff's reports indicate Lynn was charged with: driving under the influence, first offense; possession of methamphetamine, first offense; possession of a controlled substance; prescription of controlled substance not in proper container; possession of drug paraphernalia; and having one headlight.
Egan was charged with: possession of methamphetamine, first offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; and served with a parole violation warrant for leaving a halfway house June 10.
Both were taken to the McCracken County Jail.
