The McCracken County Sheriff's Office is seeking a suspect in the case of vandalism to a car on North Friendship Road, and is asking for public assistance in finding her.
On July 7, the sheriff's office began investigating vandalism to a vehicle in the 3200 block of North Friendship Road. A woman who was visiting Paducah from another state said that Clarissa Hernandez, 18, of Paducah had come to the residence and keyed the victim's car.
The sheriff's office found evidence of Hernandez damaging the car. The cost to repair the damage was estimated at almost $7,000.
An arrest warrant was issued for Hernandez on Aug. 2 for first-degree criminal mischief, a Class D felony.
The sheriff's office has not yet located Hernandez and is asking for public assistance in locating her.
Hernandez is a Hispanic female, 5-foot-1, 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
