Representatives with the Tennessee Riverline project and community representatives, including McCracken County Judge-Executive Craig Clymer and Paducah Mayor Brandi Harless, took a short kayak trip Thursday morning from the riverfront near the Kentucky Avenue opening in the floodwall to the Ohio River boat launch. Paducah is one of five pilot communities working to develop a continuous system of multi-modal trail experiences such as paddling, hiking and biking along the 652-mile Tennessese River from Knoxville to Paducah.
