McCracken County Sheriff’s detectives Tuesday arrested a Paducah man and Henderson woman on methamphetamine charges after a traffic stop.
Just after 7 p.m. Tuesday, detectives saw a truck on Cairo Road driving "in an erratic manner." Detectives stopped the vehicle in the 8100 block of Cairo Road. The driver, Daniel Miller, 31, of Paducah, was arrested after authorities said he admitted he had methamphetamine in his pocket and inside the truck.
During a search of the truck, detectives allegedly found more meth and money they believed to be proceeds of illegal drug sales.
Detectives later obtained a search warrant for Miller’s South 19th Street residence, then occupied by Sabrina G. Adams, 32, of Henderson. Detectives allegedly found and seized meth packaged for sale, digital scales, marijuana, Suboxone pills and other paraphernalia.
Detectives reported seizing about 50 grams of crystal methamphetamine with an estimated street value of $5,000 and about $2,000 in cash.
Miller was arrested on several drug and traffic charges, including trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of a second-degree controlled substance (Suboxone) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Adams was arrested and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
