A Paducah teen was injured in a Thanksgiving wreck after he lost control of his vehicle, McCracken County deputies reported.

Sebastian Gabriel Camacho, 19, was driving north on U.S. 45, when he lost control of his vehicle and crossed the center median, Deputy Kenneth Baldwin said.

Camacho's Nissan Maxima entered the southbound lane, where it collided with a Ford F-150 driven by Eduardo Blanco, 27, of Ozark, Illinois. A third vehicle received minor damage from debris, Baldwin said.

Camacho was taken to Mercy Health-Lourdes Hospital for treatment.

Mercy Regional EMS, Lone Oak Fire and Randy's Body Shop and Towing assisted at the scene.

The highway was restricted to one southbound lane for just under an hour.
