A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans milling and paving along sections of U.S. 60/Beltline Highway and KY 1310/Berger Road in Paducah starting today.

Motorists should be alert for work zone lane restrictions at the following locations:

n U.S. 60/Beltline Highway from mile point 14.278 at the KY 994/Old Mayfield Road intersection extending eastward to mile point 16.471 near the KY 284/Bridge Street intersection, a distance of 1.92 miles.

n KY 1310/Berger Road from mile point 0.0 at the U.S. 45/Lone Oak Road intersection extending eastward to KY 994/Old Mayfield Road at mile point 1.055, a distance of just over one mile.

Milling is expected along both work zones today, to be followed by the start of asphalt paving on Tuesday or Wednesday. Weather permitting, the work is expected to take a couple of days to complete.
