The Columbia Theatre Restoration Project will be hosting a program at Maiden Alley Cinema on March 21 to entertain local theatregoers and inform the public of the status of the restoration.

From 5 to 7 that evening, Maiden Alley Cinema will screen "Radiance," a short film by local filmmaker Sarah Okerson; serve refreshments; give out prizes; and host a performance from Ben Sollee, a Lexington singer/songwriter and cellist, who will be giving a full concert at Maiden Alley on March 23.

The evening also will serve as the announcement for a big Columbia Theatre-focused event planned for the summer.

For further information on the event, visit the project's Facebook page.
