A representative from the Paducah Office of Kentucky Legal Aid will visit the Marshall County Senior Center at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at 1713 Golf Course Road in Benton to provide legal services for senior citizens needing help who have made a prior appointment. No fees will be charged to people age 60 and over in accordance with the Title III grant regulations.

Services are provided on a somewhat limited basis in civil law and public benefit cases for qualifying individuals and cases. Those wanting to consult with a legal representative should call and make an appointment with the director of the senior citizens center by noon Monday. If no appointments are made, a legal representative will not be available. Kentucky does not certify legal specialties.
