Henry Glore (left) sits in McCracken District Court with his attorney, Carolyn Keeley, on Tuesday before waiving his preliminary hearing. The former police officer is accused of rape and incest. Kentucky State Police arrested Glore earlier this month after they said an investigation revealed Glore was the father of a child born to a relative, who would have been underage at the time of the alleged rape in the 1970s. Police said Glore, 71, was 30 at the time and the girl was 15. Glore's case will now head to a grand jury, which will decide whether to indict.
