NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Caitlin Sara Duff and Thomas Hussmann Grumley were married in the garden of Riverwood Mansion in Nashville on June 1, 2019. Pastor Jordan Headley officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Barbara Knott of College Grove and the late Mr. James Duff, and the stepdaughter of Mr. Kevin Knott of College Grove.

The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Paul Grumley of Paducah.

Bridesmaids were Mrs. Kelsey Duff, sister of the bride, Ms. Fatima Karwandyar, Ms. Jennie Wood and Ms. Yvonne Holmes of Nashville, Mrs. Charlotte Grumley Orlando, sister of the groom, of Herndon, Virginia., Ms. Brittany Blomsterberg of Costa Mesa, California. Misses Faith and Avery Grumley, daughters of Dr. and Mrs. Bryan Grumley of Louisville, Kentucky, were junior bridesmaids. Flower girls were Caroline Grumley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Miller Grumley of Paducah and Juliette Orlando daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Orlando of Herndon, Virginia.

The groom chose his brothers, Dr. Bryan Grumley of Louisville and Mr. Miller Grumley of Paducah as best men. Groomsmen were Mr. Blake Meisenheimer, Mr. Reed Smith, and Mr. Andy Wyant of Nashville and Mr. Jason Hook of Louisville. Max Grumley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Miller Grumley, was junior groomsman.

A reception followed in the pavilion with music furnished by The Jimmy Church Band.

The bride is a 2004 graduate of Brentwood High School, Brentwood, Tennessee, and a 2008 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

The groom is a 2004 honor graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School and a 2008 graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration He received his Masters in Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville in 2014. The couple resides in Nashville where he is Vice President of Sales and she is Project Manager for Healthcare Bluebook.
