Jessica Lynn Perkins and R. Brent Vasseur were united in marriage at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 10, 2018, in The Founders Room of The River Discovery Center in Paducah, Kentucky. The Rev. David Barnett officiated. Music was provided by Lori Spann, vocalist, and Eric Spann, vocalist and guitarist of Charleston, South Carolina; Andrew King, vocalist and guitarist of Nashville, Tennessee; and Josh Coffey, violinist, of Paducah.

The bride is the daughter of Jonathan W. and Christi Perkins of Paducah.

The groom is the son of Richard "Dick" and Jeanne Vasseur of Paducah.

The bride chose Mrs. Carrie Murff of Louisville, Kentucky, as her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Christina Perkins and Mrs. Lisa Jarvis, both of Paducah. Flower girl was Miss Adelaide Perkins, daughter of Jonathan E. and Christina Perkins of Paducah.

The groom chose Preston Vasseur of Paducah as his best man. Groomsman was Samuel Vasseur of Paducah. Ushers were Landon Perkins, Jack Perkins and Chase Jarvis, all of Paducah.

A reception followed at The Founders Room, River Discovery Center. Guest register attendant was Miss Grace Varadin of Phoenix, Arizona.

The bride is employed by Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership in Paducah.

The groom is employed by Boswell, Sims & Vasseur, PLLC, of Paducah.

The couple resides in Paducah.
