SHARPE -- Meagan Michelle Wilson and Ryan Logan Mathis were united in marriage Sept. 1, 2018, at Sharpe Missionary Baptist Church with Justin Mason, pastor, officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Jeremiah and Molly Wilson of Gilbertsville. She is the granddaughter of Don and Dixie Wilson of Benton, Cecil Moore of Calvert City and the late Judy Moore.

The groom is the son of Steve and Gloria Mathis of Benton. He is the grandson of Dwanna Mathis of Benton and the late Joe Mathis, and Robbie Culp of Benton and the late Billy Culp.

The bride chose Miss Cassidy Moore of Paducah as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Katelyn Traylor of Kevil, Miss Victoria Little of Benton and Miss Emily Dowell of Paducah.

Serving as flower girls were Miss Savannah Moore and Miss Saylor Moore, daughters of Lance and Andrea Moore of Calvert City; Miss Ally Wilson, daughter of Billy and Andrea Wilson of Paducah; and Miss Brooklyn Adams, daughter of Josh and Stephanie Adams of Weldon Springs, Mo. Ringbearer was Cole Adams, son of Josh and Stephanie Adams.

The groom chose Nathan Skates of Lawrenceburg as his best man. Groomsmen were Matthew Severns of Murray, Michael Baugus of Paducah and Mackenzie Logsdon of Benton. Serving as ushers were Grant Wilson of Gilbertsville and Samuel Lanham of Calvert City.

A reception followed at The Moore Pavilion in Calvert City. Music was provided by Joey Moore of Calvert City and Richard Tracy of Calvert City.

Servers were Marcie Tracy, Andrea Moore, Jamie Moore, Stephanie Moore and Hannah Ladd, all of Calvert City, and Connie Olive of Gilbertsville. Serving as the guest register attendant was Miss Olivia Myhand of Gilbertsville.

The bride is a 2014 graduate of Marshall County High School, a 2016 graduate of West Kentucky Community and Technical College and a 2019 candidate for graduation from Murray State University.

The groom is a 2012 graduate of Marshall County High School and a 2016 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Engineering with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He is employed by Apex Engineering in Calvert City.

The couple resides in Benton.
