Paducah Bank recently promoted Justin Brown and Vicki Goodman.

Brown was promoted to manager of residential mortgage operations and client services manager. He has been with the bank for 11 years and has nine years experience in mortgage lending services. He is a Caldwell County High School graduate and member of the McCracken and Marshall counties board of realtors.

Goodman was promoted to vice president of retail operations and client services manager. Goodman has 24 years of experience in the financial services industry, all at Paducah Bank. She earned an associate degree in science from Madisonville Community College. She is also a graduate of the KBA Banking School.

Physician Assistant Mikal Bailey, PA-C, recently joined Baptist Health Medical Group Neurology. He has nearly 20 years of clinical experience and has received national certification as a physician assistant. Bailey earned both bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Kentucky College of Health Sciences. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Nurse practitioner Blake Woods, APRN, recently joined Randy Oliver, MD, and Thomas Staton, MD, at Baptist Health Medical Group Family Medicine in Metropolis, Illinois. He will be involved in everything from checkups and disease prevention to health maintenance and treatment of common medical conditions. Woods earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from Jacksonville University, a master's degree in nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis and a doctor of nursing practice degree from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. He is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, which also certified him as an adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner.

Tiffany Roberts, an occupational therapist at Baptist Health Rehabilitation, has been named occupational therapist of the year by the Kentucky Occupational Therapy Association. Roberts is the KOTA western district co-chair, serving the Paducah area. She has worked at Baptist Health Rehabilitation since 2016. She is a graduate of Madisonville Community College and Belmont University, with a master's degree in occupational therapy.

Pediatric Group of Paducah has joined Baptist Health Medical Group. The clinic, now called Baptist Health Medical Group Pediatrics, consists of physicians Kayla Mason, Jeffrey Mudd and David Schell, as well as nurse practitioners Nicole Snow and Lisa Spillman. They provide care for newborns and up, including checkups, immunizations, treatment of common medical conditions, tips for staying healthy. All three doctors earned medical degrees from the University of Louisville and completed their residency at the University of Louisville, Kosair Children's Hospital (now Norton Children's Hospital). Snow earned an associate nursing degree from West Kentucky Community & Technical College, a bachelor's degree in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and a master's in nursing from Union University. Spillman earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from Murray State University, a master's in nursing from the University of Kentucky and a post-graduate certificate at a family nurse practitioner from Frontier Nursing University.

Bon Secours Mercy Health has announced Stephanie Meade has accepted the role of chief nursing executive for Mid-American Group/Cincinnati. She has held this role on an interim basis since January. In this role she will provide ministry leadership, strategic and operational direction for nursing and clinical care delivery across practice settings within the group. Meade holds a doctorate in nursing practice, master of science in nursing, a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Cincinnati and a master of business of administration and post graduate certificate, health care informatics from Northern Kentucky University.

Eric Wesley Umstead, a Murray professor, has been appointed to the State Advisory Council for Exceptional Children by Gov. Matt Bevin. He will represent higher education members that prepare special education teachers and serve for a term expiring June 30, 2022.

Erica Morris recently joined River Valley AgCredit as a branch assistant in Clinton. She is a 2005 graduate of Graves County High School and received her bachelor of science degree in organizational communication from Murray State University in 2009.

Nick Dietrich has been named the interim principal of Clark Elementary School.

The position came open when former principal Steve Ybarzabal -- who held the position since July 1, 2017 -- was named principal of the Paducah Area Technical Center effective Oct. 14 and of the Paducah Innovation Hub when it opens next fall and replaces the area technical center.

Dietrich has been assistant principal at Clark Elementary for one year. He taught at Clark for three years and at McNabb Elementary for 14 years. He served as an assistant basketball coach at Paducah Tilghman High School from 2004-2011. He received his specialist degree in education, Rank 1 status in administration, master of arts degree in special education and bachelor of arts degree in elementary education from Murray State University.

Kelly Workman has been named interim assistant principal of Clark Elementary School. Workman will fill the position formerly held by Dietrich. She has taught family and consumer sciences at Paducah Tilghman High School for eight years and serves as FCCLA sponsor. She has served as a faculty representative on the site-based decision-making council. Prior to that, Workman was an instructional assistant at PTHS for 31/2 years.

Workman received Rank 1 status in administration, a master of arts degree in secondary education, a master of science degree in organizational communication and a bachelor of science degree in family and consumer sciences from Murray State. She is currently pursuing an education specialist degree in instructional leadership from the University of the Cumberlands.

Dr. L. Andrew Evans has joined Baptist Health Medical Group Urology. He earned his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine, and completed his residency in urology at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium. Evans is board-certified in urology and a member of the American Urological Association, the Society of Government Service Urologists and the Kentucky Urological Association.

Annie Suiter has joined FNB Bank as a mortgage loan officer serving the Mayfield-Graves County market. She has more than 21 years of banking experience, the last 11 years serving as a mortgage loan originator. Suiter is a 1996 graduate of Graves County High School and currently serves on the Graves County Board of Realtors.

Myrna E. Redfield has been appointed president and CEO/program manager at Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership, the lead cleanup contractor at the U.S. Department of Energy's Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant. She will manage FRNP's 10-year, $1.5 billion deactivation and remediation contract with the DOE and be responsible for the performance and safety of approximately 840 personnel, including two supporting labor unions. Redfield's previous positions include FRNP's deputy program manager and COO as well as its integration and strategic partnering director. Prior to joining FRNP in 2017, she served in various technical and leadership roles on multi-million dollar DOE contracts.

Nurse Practitioner Andrea Bazzell, APRN, recently joined Baptist Health Medical Heart Group. She has nearly 10 years of clinical experience and has received national board certification through the American Nurse Credentialing Center. Bazzell earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from Murray State University and a master's degree in nursing from Union University.
