Survey awards Western Baptist top honor for patient experience

For the second year, Western Baptist Hospital has been named one of America’s Best Hospitals for Patient Experience and winner of the Women’s Choice Award by Women Certified, an organization committed to helping women identify businesses that value customer experience and appreciate consumer needs.

Recipients do not apply for the award and are instead selected based on a scoring that follows a customer satisfaction survey of women.

“We are honored that women recognize the efforts of our staff to create a healing environment, so patients and their loved ones experience true compassion and quality care,” said Larry Barton, Western Baptist Hospital president and CEO.
