LA CENTER — Frances Watson, age 91, died at 2:00 a.m. Thursday morning, September 26, 2013, at Life Care Center in La Center.
She was a member of St. Marys Catholic Church.
Frances, along with her husband Earl, co-owned the La Center Feed Mill for 40 years, She was the Bookkeeper. Frances was the Recipient of the 2002 Sophia Award that is presented from the Diocese of Owensboro.
Frances is survived by two sons, Rodney and his wife Joanie of La Center, and Glen Watson and his wife Jeana of La Center; Seven Grandchildren, Jennifer Watson, Brian Watson and his wife Mandy, Amanda Henderson and her husband John, Allison Watson, Adam Watson, Josh Watson and Holley Thompson and her husband Ben. Seven Great-Grandchildren, Issac Watson, Jonah Watson, Luke Watson, Eden Watson, Nathan Watson, Caleb Henry, and Harper Thompson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Watson; son, Mark Watson; four brothers; three sisters; and her parents, Charlie and Anna Maude Ballard.
Funeral Services will be Saturday, September 28, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in La Center with the Rev. Pat Reynolds and the Rev. Brandon Williams officiating. Interment will follow at St. Marys Catholic Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, September 27, 2013, with Prayers at 7:00 p.m. at Morrow Funeral Chapel in La Center.
