Ty’Eshia Lei Cockrell, 20, of Paducah died at 11:49 a.m. Sunday, September 22, 2013, at Baptist Health Paducah. She was a member of Greater Lincoln Missionary Baptist Church where she sang in the choir, was a Sunday school secretary, and a member of the Praise Team & Praise Dancers. She was a graduate of Lone Oak High School.
She is survived by one son, Shikeir Divine LeFlore of Paducah; one daughter, Aaliyah Marie LeFlore of Paducah; her father and stepmother, Tommy and Christine Cockrell of Paducah; her mother, Theresa Young Williams of Paris, Texas; one sister, Cadence Marie Flemons of Atlanta; three brothers, Tommy Lee Cockrell III of Paducah, Tevin S. Young of Paris, Texas, and Tomaz Young of Paducah, and her paternal grandmother, Loubenia Walker of Jackson, Tenn.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Melvine Lee.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, September 27, 2013, at Greater Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Alfred Anderson officiating. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery in Paducah. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour Friday at the church. Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
