MURRAY — Clara Bramley, 86, of Murray died Saturday, September 7, 2013, at Murray-Calloway County Hospital.
She was a retired agent for the Calloway County Extension Service. She was a member of the Church of the Living God, the NAACP and the Human Rights Commission.
She is survived by three daughters, Doris Saunders of Murray, Michal Rebecah Bramley of Chicago, Ill., and Joyce Beasley of Elizabethtown; four sons, Clarence Bramley of Cleveland, Ohio, Charles Bramley and Jimmy Bramley, both of Murray, and Harrel Bramley of Lexington; one brother, Wilton Jackson of Radcliff; 25 grandchildren, and 28 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Bramley; one son, Jerry Bramley; three sisters, and three brothers. Her parents were William B. Jackson and Ora (Acree) Jackson.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, September 13, 2013, at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with burial in Murray City Cemetery.
