SOUTH FULTON, Tenn. — Services for June Elliott, 87, of South Fulton will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30, 2013, at South Fulton Baptist Church, with burial in Clark Cemetery.
Mrs. Elliott died Tuesday, Aug. 27, at Parkway Regional Hospital in Fulton.
She was a member of South Fulton Baptist Church and owned the former Elliott’s Grocery.
She is survived by four sons, Carl Elliott of Mayfield, Calvin Elliott of Water Valley, Charles Elliott of Martin, Tenn., and Cloys Elliott of Danville, Va.; four daughters, Cathy Webb of South Fulton, Carolyn Doster of Dresden, Tenn., Camela Meriwether of Olympia, Wash., and Cheryl Gatewood of South Fulton; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Gene Elliott; one daughter, Cinda Elliott Lamb; and one brother, Bill J. Hendrick. Her parents were Herman E. and Iva Jones Hendrick.
Friends may call at the church after 9 a.m. Friday, Aug. 30, 2013.
Memorials may be made to the Clark Cemetery Fund, Harvest the Vision, St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Gideons International.
