MAYFIELD — James M. Brown, 63, of Lynnville died at 10:50 p.m. Tuesday, August 6, 2013, at his home.
He was a retired employee of Dan Boyd Trucking. He was a member of Rhodes Chapel Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Carla Brown; four sons, Kevin Brown of Omaha, Neb., and J.P. Brown, Jared Brown, and Jake Sperry, all of Lynnville; one daughter, Tammy Zanetti of Lynnville; one brother, Ted L. Brown of Byhalia, Miss., and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Kimberly Brown; two brothers, and one sister. His parents were Floyd and Birdie Mae (Parkinson) Brown.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Friday, August 9, 2013, at Eastside Cemetery in Martin, Tenn., with the Rev. Johnny Rooks officiating. Visitation will be from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. Thursday, August 8, 2013, at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield.
