MURRAY — Max H. Brandon, 82, of Murray died Tuesday, August 6, 2013, at Lourdes hospital.
He was a retired vice president of Peoples Bank of Murray. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of First United Methodist Church and its Christian adult Sunday school class.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Brandon; two daughters, Sheree Story of Murray and Karen Feltner of Woodstock, Ga., and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one brother. His parents were Owen and Roberta Clanton Brandon.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 9, 2013, at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with the Revs. Rick Dye, Jim Stahler, Bob Saywell and Tim Feltner officiating. Burial will follow in Murray City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. Thursday, August 8, 2013, at the funeral home.
