MAYFIELD — Mrs. Jean Greer, 87, of Mayfield, died Thursday, July 25, 2013, at Superior Care of Paducah, Ky.
Mrs. Greer was the Co-founder/Owner of Greer Neon Company of Mayfield, member of Seven Oaks Church of Christ, and a member of Eastern Star.
She is survived by one son, David (Marie) Greer of LaMirada, Calif.; one daughter, Kathy (Keith) Crouch of Mayfield; one sister, Sue Flesher of Nashville, Tenn.; three Grandchildren, Carrie Greer of Long Beach, Calif., Michael (Serena) Crouch of Mayfield, and Kevin Crouch of Dallas, Texas; six Great-Grandchildren, Kaley Beth Crouch, Gracie Marie Crouch, Emerson Michael Crouch, Trinity Davenport, Trey Davenport, and Tanner Davenport, all of Mayfield, Ky.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ford Greer; her parents, Allen and Nellie Meador Rowland; and one brother, Allen Rowland, Jr.
Services for Mrs. Greer will be at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, July 28, 2013, at Byrn Funeral Home, Mayfield, Ky., with Josh Ketchum officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Park Cemetery, Mayfield, Ky.
Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 P.M., Saturday, July 27, 2013, at Byrn Funeral Home.
