METROPOLIS, Ill. — Kelsy Leann York and William Isaac Stone were united in marriage April 13 at Waldo Baptist Church in Metropolis with the Rev. Trad York officiating. Recorded music was provided by Chuck Jeffords of Metropolis.
The bride is the daughter of Troy and Barbara York of Paducah. The groom is the son of Ronnie and Billie Stone of Paducah.
The bride chose Miss Brooke Bradley of Murray as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Amanda Denton of Norfolk, Va., and Miss Allie York of Benton. Peyton Toon, son of Jeff and Celia Parrot of Paducah and Peter Toon of Fulton, served as ringbearer.
The groom chose Clint Denton of Norfolk, Va., as his best man. Groomsmen were Richard Marks of Graves County and Dustin Thompson of Benton. Serving as ushers were Kyler York of Paducah, brother of the bride, and Chase York of Benton.
A reception followed at Walker Hall Events Center in Paducah.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Lone Oak High School and a 2012 graduate of Murray State University with a bachelor’s degree in learning behavior disorders and elementary education. She is employed by the Paducah Independent Schools.
The groom is a 2005 graduate of Heath High School and earned an associate degree in automotive and diesel technology with high performance in 2009 from the Nashville Auto & Diesel College. He is employed by Bluegrass BMW in Paducah.
The couple reside in Paducah.
