CONYERS, Ga. — Mrs. Lois Moss, age 90, of Conyers, died Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at Abbey Hospice in Social Circle, Ga.
Lois was born in Smithland, Ky., and a native of Paducah, Ky.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Moss; her parents, Charles and Lucille Duley; her sisters, Mamie Duley, Goreen Duley, Elcie Duley, Costella Duley; her brother, Ellis Duley; her niece, Alvernice Tolbert; and her nephew, Charles Duley.
She is survived by her daughter, Latausha Gipson of Conyers; and a host of great-nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Moss was a homemaker who loved to bake, work in her garden, sew and read. She was a long-time member of Ninth Street Church of Christ in Paducah, Ky., since the ’80s. She was best known as Aunt Lois to everyone in Paducah and will always be remembered for her kindness and loving heart.
A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, May 30, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Ninth Street Church of Christ, 715 South 9th Street, Paducah, Kentucky.
