Rachel Renee Futrell and Michael Hollis Jones were married April 6, 2013, at Margaret Hank Cumberland Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Chris Fleming officiating. Music was presented by Gary Goin, pianist.
The bride is the daughter of John and Beverly Futrell of Paducah. The groom is the son of David and Joan Jones of Kevil.
The bride chose her sister, Mrs. Abby Greene of Paducah, as her matron of honor and Ms. Phyllis Myrick of Paducah as her maid of honor. Miss Elizabeth Owens of Paducah was junior bridesmaid. Serving as flower girl was Sierra Olroyd, daughter of Heather and Jason Olroyd of Hickory. Elijah Greene, son of Abby and Scott Greene of Paducah, was the ringbearer.
The groom chose Senior Airman Maxwell McConnell of Goldsboro, N.C., as his best man. Ethan Greene Jr. of Murray was groomsman. Serving as ushers were Scott Greene and J.J. Owens both of Paducah.
A reception followed at the Carson Center. Guest register attendants were Holly Martin and Carolyn Martin, both of Paducah, and Sara Beasley of Boaz.
The bride is a graduate of Reidland High School and a 2006 graduate of Murray State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is employed by the Carson Center.
The groom is a graduate of Heath High School and a 2006 graduate of Murray State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. He is employed by Caldwell County ATC.
The couple resides in Paducah.
