Mr. and Mrs. Jack Giles of Wickliffe recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at Patty’s 1880’s Restaurant in Grand Rivers. A family vacation is planned in June.
Mr. Giles and the former Rita A. Crews were married May 3, 1963, by the Rev. Leonard Greer at New Liberty General Baptist Church in Wickliffe. Their witnesses were Martin and Sandra Crews.
Mrs. Giles is the daughter of the late Tommie and MaryAnna Crews. Mr. Giles is the son of the late Roger “Dodge” and Eunice “Tick” Giles. Both are retired from MeadWestvaco Corp.
They are the parents of Monica (Michael) Lindsey of Bardwell and the late Macon Giles. They have two grandchildren.
