CYPRESS, Ill. — Shirley Lee Moake, 80, of Cypress died Tuesday morning, April 23, 2013, at Lourdes hospital in Paducah.
Mr. Moake was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and a retired C&EI Railroad bridge crew crane operator.
He is survived by his wife, Thelma Moake; three children, Rhonda Lee Elkins of Benton, Ky., Trina Irene Kressley of Richardson, Texas, and Jeffery Scott Moake of Cypress; one grandson, Travis Gene Greer of Benton, Ky.; two great-grandchildren; two sisters: Melva Adams of Avon, Ind., and Sandra Richardson of Cypress, and two brothers: Frank Moake and Ed Moake, both of Cypress.
He was preceded in death by two sisters. His parents were Melvin and Dorothy Dorsett Moake.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna. Burial with military graveside rites will be in the Cypress Masonic Cemetery.
