MARION — Margaret “Hazel” Wardlaw, 77, of Marion died Monday, April 15, 2013, at Crittenden County Health and Rehabilitation in Marion.
She was a member of Marion United Methodist Church, member of the Democratic Woman’s Club of Crittenden County, working on several local and state campaigns, and was also a member of the Marion Woman’s Club.
She is survived by her husband, John M. Wardlaw; one daughter, Gaye W. Porter of Marion; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Robert “Buddy” Watson of Marion; one sister, Janis Jones of Bowling Green, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one sister. Her parents were Loyce and Helen Watson.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, April 19, 2013, at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
