Maxine Smith, 91, of Paducah and a native of Jackson, Tenn., died at 10:52 p.m. Friday, April 5, 2013, at Parkview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
She was a member of Broadway Church of Christ and a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, James B. Smith; two daughters, Nancy Morris of Lone Oak and Carol Cain of Hickory; two sons, Mike Smith and Tom Warren, both of Lone Oak; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, T.C. Warren; two sisters; and one brother. Her parents were Clyde Edward Pirtle and Margaret May Long Pirtle.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Dan Owen officiating. Entombment will follow at Brooks Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, April 8, 2013, at the funeral home.
