FANCY FARM — Betty Cash, 83, of Fancy Farm died at 11 a.m. Friday, March 15, 2013, at her home.

She worked at Curlee Clothing as an inspector and later as a school cafeteria aide at Fancy Farm. She was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Bennett Cash; one son, Rev. Richard Cash of Fancy Farm; one sister, Dorothy Ivey of Fancy Farm; two brothers, Jimmy Goatley and Algene Goatley, both of Fancy Farm; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Jean Ann Cash; one son, Alan Cash, and one sister. Her parents were James Carl and Ruth (Spalding) Goatley.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday, March 18, 2013, at St Jerome Catholic Church in Fancy Farm with the Revs. Richard Cash, Darrell Vinters, and William Medley officiating. Burial will follow in St. Jerome Cemetery. Prayers will begin at 5 p.m. Sunday, March 17, 2013, with visitation following at the church.
