CUNNINGHAM — Linda Ann Cook, 57, of Cunningham died at 10:54 a.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at Lourdes hospital.

She was a member of Assembly of God Church in Arlington.

She is survived by four daughters, Lori Rutledge of Paducah, Jamie Lynne Cook Tackett of Paintsville, and Gina Lynne Cook Figley and Shelby Lynn Sherwood, both of Cunningham; two sons, Donny Cook Jr. and Jacob Allan Sherwood, both of Cunningham, and five grandchildren.

Her parents were William Lawrence and Alberta Fern (Hayes) Clark.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2013, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell with the Revs. Glenn Rushing and Jim Dunn officiating. Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery. Friends may call after 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
