LOWES — Graveside services for William Earl Lynch, 93, of the Lowes community will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013, at Lowes Cemetery. The Rev. Rusty Wirt will officiate.

Mr. Lynch died Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, at his home.

Mr. Lynch served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was a retired farmer.

He was a member of the Shriners, Masons and the American Legion. He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include two daughters, Marie Antoinette Caylor of Kevil and Robbie Jean McAdoo of Hickory; two sons, Joe Lynn Lynch of Mayfield and William Earl “J.R.” Lynch Jr. of West Virginia; one sister, Odell Brown of Murray; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Lynch was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Marie Lamm Lynch; one brother, and one sister.

His parents were J.G. and Sally Thomas Pease Lynch.

There will be no visitation. Byrn Funeral Home of Mayfield is in charge of arrangements.
