Rudy Henson, age 77, died Friday, February 1, 2013, at his home in Paducah.

Rudy owned and operated Amtel Service in Banning, California, for over 30 years. He was a member of Antioch Masonic Lodge No. 332 and was also a member of University Baptist Church in Palm Desert, California. He was an Army veteran.

Rudy is survived by his wife, Ginger Henson of Paducah; three grandsons, Zane DeGaine and his wife Olivia of Los Angeles, California, Trevor DeGaine and his wife Chrissa of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Wyatt DeGaine and his wife Katherine of Rohnert Park, California; and one great-granddaughter, Mia Nella DeGaine of Rohnert Park, California.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Nella Ria Henson DeGaine; one infant daughter, Tanya Lynn Henson; one brother, James Thomas Henson; and one sister, Jean Henson Toy; and his parents, Paul and Hattie Folks Henson.

Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, February 16, 2013, at Morrow Funeral Chapel in La Center with the Rev. Mark Sickling officiating.
