CADIZ — Ronald L. Bryant, 67, of Cadiz died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, at his home.

He was a retired machinist from Caterpillar Tractor Co., had worked at Knight Construction, a U.S. Army veteran serving in the Vietnam era, and attended East Cadiz Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Bryant; three sons, Ronnie Joe Bryant and Rich Bryant, both of Peoria, Ill., and Anthony Joseph “Tony” Bryant of Cadiz; one daughter, Amy Bryant Poston of Peoria, Ill.; three sisters; Dorothy J. Carroll and Shirley Stanberry, both of Alabama, and Carol L. Bryant of Peoria, Ill.; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one sister; three brothers and a twin brother. His parents were Glen and Phyllis Roby Bryant.

Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, at King’s Funeral Home with the Revs. Nickey Knight and Lester Watson officiating. Burial will follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery in Hopkinsville with military honors.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, at the funeral home.
