PRINCETON — Services for Wilbur Lawrence Kissinger, 87, of Caldwell County will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, at Morgan’s Funeral Home in Princeton. Burial will be in Sugar Creek Cemetery.
Mr. Kissinger died at 5:51 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at his home.
A veteran of World War II, Mr. Kissinger was a retired structural ironworker and worked as a ironworker for 41 years. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Hasse Kissinger; one son, Larry Kissinger of Caldwell County; two daughters, Jacqueline Rucker of Caldwell County and Glennda Highsmith of Zachary, La.; four brothers, Clifford Kissinger of Springfield, Ohio, Lloyd Kissinger of Chesterton, Ind., and Daniel Kissinger and Karl Kissinger, both of Valparaiso, Ind.; two sisters, Marjorie Underwood of Valparaiso and Janey Cernek of Warren, Wis.; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one brother and one sister. His parents were James Glenn and Cynthia Jane Anderson Kissinger.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, 2013, at the funeral home.
