CADIZ — Graveside services for Geneva Nell P’Pool Childress, 92, of Cadiz will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at Mount Zion Cemetery with the Rev. Norman Cotton officiating.

Mrs. Childress died Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013, at her home.

She was of the Pentecostal faith.

She is survived by a son, Amos Jewell Childress of Cadiz; three daughters, Shirley Bridges, Sinda Lou Fuesler and Lee Turner Martin, all of Cadiz; a brother, James P’Pool of Princeton; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jewell Glenn Childress, and four brothers. Her parents were Amos Milton and Vassie Morris P’Pool.

Friends may call 4-8 p.m. today, Feb. 5, 2013, at Goodwin Funeral Home in Cadiz.
