ALMO — Judith Barney, 68, of Almo died at 5:40 a.m. Friday, February 1, 2013, at Murray-Calloway County Hospital.

She was a retired CNA for West View Nursing Home and Murray-Calloway County Hospital.

She is survived by her husband, James E. Barney; one daughter, Rebecca Ellen Wonders of Winter Haven, Fla.; one son, James Lee Barney of Almo; four sisters, Laurie Buttry, Debbie Labar, and Beth Babcock, all of Florida, and Wanda Ketcum of New York; three brothers, Scott Buttry of New York, Billy Buttry of Anchorage, Alaska, and Rodney Buttry of Maine; seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Her parents were Porter and Alice (Washburn) Buttry.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, February 4, 2013, at Blalock-Coleman & York Funeral Home in Murray. No public services are planned.
