VIENNA, Ill. — Carl T. Smoot, 83, of Vienna died at 10:07 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at Bailey Funeral Home with Bill Littrell officiating. Burial will be in Christian Chapel Cemetery in Dongola. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
