FULTON — Deloris Ann Lowe, 63, of Union City, Tenn., formerly of Fulton, died Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah.
Mrs. Lowe was a member of Lords Church in Martin, Tenn., and had been an inspector for the former Sharon Manufacturing and Martin Manufacturing Company.
She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Michael Lowe; one daughter, Michelle Moore of Martin, Tenn.; one son, William Wayne Harelson of Crossville, Tenn.; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Peggy Vickers of Sharon, Tenn.; one brother, Jerry Chappell of Santa Rosa, N.M., and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her two sisters and two brothers. Her parents were Walter Roy and Mary Alice Huggins Chappell.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Obion County Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, and after 8 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at the funeral home.
