BANDANA — Mable Morrison Pittman, 77, of Bandana died at 6 a.m. Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at Lourdes hospital in Paducah.

She attended Bandana United Methodist Church and New Hope Baptist Church. She belonged to the Eastern Star in Louisville.

She is survived by one son, Donald Frank Pittman of Shepherdsville; one foster son, David Davis of Louisville; one brother, Bob Morrison and his wife Louise of Monkeys Eyebrow; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death her husband, Carlos Franklin Pittman; two sisters, Billy K. Farmer and Dorothy Patterson; and one son, Royce Pittman. Her parents were Roger and Freida Stevens Morrison.

Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at Morrow Funeral Chapel in La Center with the Rev. Joel Jackson officiating. Interment will follow at Newton Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may call after 11 a.m. Saturday.
