BENTON — Mildred Claudine Turner Henson, 97, of Benton, Kentucky passed away at 7:20 p.m. Saturday, January 26, 2013, at Lakeway Nursing Home.

She was a member of Hamlet Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Scottie Henson and wife Ruby, and Bob J. Henson and wife Phyllecia, all of Benton, Ky.; four grandchildren, Jeffrey Clay Henson, Jon Mark Henson, Joel Kelley Henson, and Laura Ann Davis; eight great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Paul Turner and wife Betty of Benton, Ky., and Gene Turner and wife Joanne of Livonia, Mich.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Turner; one sister, Nola Jane Turner; and her parents, Rollie Turner and Martha Jane Kelley Turner.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 29, 2013, at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow in the Dunn Cemetery. Friends may call after 5 p.m. Monday, January 28, 2013, at Filbeck-Cann & King Funeral Home and Crematory.
