MURRAY — Ida Mae Finley, 89, of Murray died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, at her home.

She was a member of Westside Baptist Church. She attended the Henry Ford Hospital School of Nursing in Detroit while serving in the U.S. Cadet Nurse Corps. She retired as a Registered Nurse at Straith Memorial Hospital in Detroit.

She is survived by one daughter, Janeen Sutton of Murray; one brother, William Bramhall of Oceanside, Calif.; one grandchild, Audree Franklin of Sandwich, Ill.; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Abby Finley, and one brother. Her parents were Carl and Sarah Margaret Bates Boerstler.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 12, 2013, at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. Glynn Orr will officiate, with burial at a later date in Cadillac Memorial Gardens in Mt. Clemons, Mich.
