Charles M. “Smitty” Smith, 85, of Paducah, died at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2013, at Paducah Care and Rehabilitation Center.

He was a member of New Greater Love Missionary Baptist Church.

There will be no public visitation or service.

Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
