Ruby D. Fulton, 86, of Paducah, passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2013, at 1:56 p.m. at Western Baptist Hospital.

Ruby was born January 20, 1926, in McHenry County, Ky., to the late James Casey Moseley and Leva Effie Maddox Moseley. She and her late husband, Guy Otis Fulton, owned and operated Fulton and Son Salvage in Paducah, Chevrolet Café in Benton, Ky., and owned thoroughbred race horses that set the track record at Ellis Park in Henderson, Ky. She was also one of the first door greeters at the Kentucky Oaks Mall Walmart.

She will be greatly missed by seven children, Geneva Walker (Jimmy), Wilma Sheppard (Shep), Daniel Fulton, Vickie Kennedy (Mike), Otis Wayne Fulton (Barbara), Lisa Raisor, all of Paducah, and Stephen Fulton (Sue Ann) of Boaz; six stepchildren, Jacqueline Fulton, Camilla Richards, Gloria Bryant, Anita Waldroup, and Hugh Michael Fulton, all of Indiana, and Harold Fulton of Kentucky; 24 grandchildren, Jamie Milby, Julie Almon, Beth Cavanah, Jenna Carlson, Ryan Fulton, Tara Robinson, Dana Rathburn, Daniel Fulton, Joshua Fulton, Brian Little, Christi Clark, Brandon Little, Tamaria Buchanan, Michelle Overstreet, Jessica Edwards, Carrie Raisor, Courtney Raisor, Krystle Langston, Daemian Raisor, Austin Raisor, Bayley Raisor, Jason Cox, David Cox, and Megan Wilson; 44 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and five siblings, Arthur Moseley, Kenneth Moseley, Richard Moseley, Mary Lindsay, and Gladys Burgess.

Preceding her in death were a sister, Gracie Bratcher; five brothers, Stoy Moseley, Roy Moseley, James Moseley, Thurman Moseley, and Herman Moseley; her husband; and her parents.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Jerry Moseley officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home.
