MURRAY — Norma Jean Hale, 81, of Murray died Friday, December 28, 2012, at Spring Creek Health Care.

She was a homemaker and member of Glendale Road Church of Christ.

She is survived by one daughter, Suzanne Schroader of Murray; two sisters, Doris Tabers of Nashville, Tenn., and Nell Erickson of Muskegon, Mich.; one brother, Preston Jewell of Murray; and one grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Cleveland “J.C.” Hale, and one sister. Her parents were Arthur Jewell and Ruby Knight Jewell.

Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, December 31, 2012, at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with John Dale officiating. Burial will follow in Murray Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, December 30, 2012, at the funeral home.
